The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative’s role creates the first impression with our customers. You will work with all departments to help us meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Your primary responsibility is to greet our customers in person and on the phone by managing our switchboard and to process customer transactions.
This is a part-time position. The lead receptionist will distribute the hours equitably. Hours will be adjusted seasonally.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers on the phone and in person.
Direct customers to the appropriate department and/or person.
Manage the Sales “UP” Book to distribute sales opportunities equitably among the sales staff.
Ensure walk-in customers complete the Customer Information Card.
Update IDS-CRM (client database), as required.
Assist full-time receptionist with the maintenance of the brochure room
Process Customer Deposits on Motorhomes and/or Parts.
Process Parts sales.
Process Air Miles Rewards for customers.
Process Service work orders, as required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn new software applications as required.
Operate switchboard efficiently.
Energetic, self-motivated, assertive

High School Diploma
Quantity of Customer Information Cards completed.
Daily reconciliation of payments.
Accurate distribution of sales opportunities.
Effectively manage multiple phone lines.
