Job Description

Dicta Court Reporting is a busy, fast-paced company recruiting an Office Administrator to join our team immediately. Our office currently consists of three office staff and 21 court reporters.  You will be required to multi-task on a minute-to-minute basis, depending on the deadlines on each particular day.
Reception duties such as answering the telephone, assisting with client inquiries, maintaining client relations, ongoing client communication via email and telephone
Accurately inputting and maintaining client bookings into industry-specific scheduling software
Updating records
Administrative support including daily filing, travel planning, managing office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines within a time-sensitive environment
Ability to work as a team player and independently, self-motivated
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Reliable, flexible, adaptable, embraces change
