We are looking for 5+ customer service and customer relation representatives to end the year off strong.
Customer Service and Relation Representative Responsibilities:
Increase customer acquisitions by applying unique customer service, sales and marketing strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Acquire, maintain, and manage good customer relations
Build excellent rapport with new and existing customers
Report directly to team leaders and sales managers

Has a positive attitude towards challenges, as well as success
Team player that thrives in a dynamic customer service environment
Above average communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop new customer service skills and techniques

Prior experience in the following is an asset but not necessary: customer service related occupations, marketing and sales representative, sales associates, team leaders, customer service managers, sale managers, one on one marketing, call centre customer relations
Must be over the age of 18 with no criminal conviction or penal offence related to the tasks and responsibilities of the role
Must have a valid working visa and reside in Canada
