Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Practice Coordinator to join our team at our Guelph location! As a member of the RLB team, you will be working directly with our firm Managers and Partners to plan, perform and complete various projects. You will have the opportunity to develop professional skills, interact with clients, and gain experience within multiple industries as part of our award winning team!
Required Qualifications
Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong computer skills, and the ability to learn quickly
Proven experience performing high level administrative tasks
Ability to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing environment
Good interpersonal skills
2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
Previous experience working in a professional services firm is a definite asset
