Job Description

Sekure Merchants prides itself on providing exceptional service to US-based merchants, and has become a trusted name in the payment processing industry. We are interviewing candidates who will be able to foster relationships with our existing client base.
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will act as the single point of communication. You will organize, coordinate and execute account strategies that build rapport with the business owners. You are expected to be proactive in issue management and solving customer needs, while creating opportunities to present multiple product lines to strategic accounts.
This is a full-time permanent position in our newly renovated office in beautiful downtown Montreal, with compensation from $55,000 – $80,000 /year.
POSITION TASKS
Respond to customer’s inquiries about their accounts and services
Manage your customer database and priorities in an efficient manner
Co-ordinate with our industry partners to help resolve issues and add value for your merchants
Monitor your accounts on an ongoing basis for issues that require your attention
Pro-actively reach out to merchants in order to maintain relationships with your customers
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Efficient in problem solving and multitasking
Excellent computer and technical skills
3 years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Service in a corporate environment
College degree or equivalent
Complete fluency in English
