Job Description

-Prepare Monthly Housing Expense documentation.
-Identify discrepancies between charges from housing administration company and expected charges.
-Help facilitate and track team member s move from one apt. to another
-Obtain approvals for lease extensions for current launch team members.
-Obtain approvals for new leases for new team members.
-Notify management of actual spend vs. budget.
-Forecast monthly/yearly expenses.
-Ensure team members personal cards are not charged.
-Assist team members with housing logistical issues.
-Obtain approval for launch vehicles for new launch team members.
-Obtain approval for per diem for new launch team members.
-Facilitate core program led meetings.
-Coordinate / Support Senior Management reviews and drive events

Skills Required:
-Strong drive for results, a sense of urgency and good communications skills Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Experience Required:
-Project Management or Launch experience preferred
Education Required:
-Associate Degree in Business / Finance / Engineering Field
