Job Description

We operate a full service property management company that specializes in managing commercial and residential properties for third party owners. Our objectives are to provide flexible, efficient, cost effective property management that addresses the needs of the owners and maximizes the value of their real estate assets.
We have over 25 years of experience and manage some seven million square feet of office, industrial, retail and residential assets.
We are searching for a motivated Leasing Agent/Office Administrator to work at one of our residential properties located in Toronto. This role is a mix of leasing (when units are vacant) and daily property administration. We are looking for candidates who can work flexible hours as there may be some weekend work based on Leasing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive calls and emails from prospective tenants; follow up as needed.
Schedule viewings
Respond to website or email inquiries with regards to vacant unit rental rates and availability
Show vacant units to prospective tenants and complete application process
Coordinate with weekend staff in regards to maintenance tasks as required
General office administration
Minimum High School Diploma
Preference: College Degree
One, or more, years of experience in Rentals/Leasing
Must be fluent in English: written and verbal communication skills are required
Must be able to prioritize and manage time wisely
May be required to work flexible hours on occasion
Customer service skills are required
Experience with Yardi a definite asset
