Job Description

his is an amazing permanent part time opportunity to work for one of our clients in the West end of Ottawa. If you love décor, design and furniture, you will love working for this environment

Our client is well known for the quality of their products and outstanding customer service. They have been in the business for over 30 years and have a name a reputation for high end, quality products.

Hours: 30 hour work week; Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm, with a high possibility of additional hours to cover for vacations

Start date Feb 19, 2018

Rate is 15 – 16/hr. If chosen for the role, you will be working directly for the client

Responsibilities:

-Answer to inquiries and attend to questions of clients, customers, contractors and
-Show customers around the showroom and offer additional information about the product and their services
-Arranges courier deliveries and inter office packages and mail
-Assist in managing office supplies and materials
-Ensures the tidiness and up keep of the showroom
-Other general administrative duties including but not limited to faxing, photocopying, filing, scheduling of clients)

Qualifications

-Excellent communication skills
-Extensive experience in Reception work, customer service and client management.
-Calm and professional demeanor
-Must be knowledgeable in MS office applications – Work, Excel and Outlook
-Must be keen to detail , a fast learner and shows initiative
