Administrative Coordinator – Permanent – 9259

About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Office Coordinator for a permanent/full-time opportunity. This role is responsible for general day-to-day office functions and provides clerical support to Management.

Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff members
Greet incoming visitors and direct them accordingly
Handle requests for information and data
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, presentations, memos and emails
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
Coordinate all logistics for internal/external meetings
Prepare agendas and collate information to support meetings
Develop and maintain spreadsheets
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Maintain office supply inventories
Deal with queries from customers, vendors and employees
When necessary, undertake special projects in support of the team

About You
Exceptional prioritizing and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate and liaise with external stakeholders and internal staff at various levels of an organization
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in database management including generating reports from existing databases
Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Initiative, strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

The above knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically obtained through completion of a two year community college program specializing in business administration, or equivalent, and three to five plus years of experience in an office administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range:
Salary range is $32,000-$40,000 annually.
