Job Description

Based in Burlington, our rapidly-expanding Family Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of professionals.

Main responsibilities will include answering all incoming calls, converting leads into potential clients, welcoming clients into the office, monitoring the front desk and reception areas, scheduling appointments with new and existing clientele based on associate availability, resolving administrative issues by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions and organizing all incoming and outgoing post, inter-office mail and couriers.

6 months + working in a family law office or, at minimum, familiarity with the legal process and vocabulary considered an asset
Sales Experience is not necessary but is considered an asset
Some College or Training Equivalent
Over the age of 20 with no criminal conviction or penal offence
Must have a valid working visa, driver’s licence and reside within Canada
