Full-Time Administrative Assistant in Saskatoon
The primary function of this position is to greet, assist and direct all customers, suppliers, delivery personnel and visitors, as well as provide administrative support to various internal departments.
The primary goal of this position is to professionally fulfill the roll as a first-class, service-oriented and welcoming front-line representative of the Supreme organization, and to provide timely, efficient administrative support as assigned.
-Sort and prepare paperwork for daily filing.
-Monitor and order internal-use office supplies & copier supplies as required.
-Ensure outgoing mail and courier packages are prepared to meet daily pick-up schedule(s).
-Process walk-in guests orders & all received on account transactions.
-Responsible for opening and closing Procedures (includes batching the debit/credit card machine daily).
-Manage all COD and customer pick-up orders, and process special orders (including any product research required).
-Manage delivery driver signature copies, including tracking for drivers APA purposes.
-Manage local print shop duties (copy jobs, laminating, etc).
-Processing and acknowledging Furniture orders, updating delivery dates for Furniture orders, and maintaining the Furniture Expediting Report weekly.
-Manage the petty cash, balance the cash, and complete bank deposits.
-Provide back up for the Furniture Showroom Customer Service Representative.
-Capacity to establish, maintain and promote high standards of professional etiquette and superior customer service.
-Strong interpersonal skills (ability to effectively deal with others tact/diplomacy/courtesy).
-Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
