Full-Time Administrative Assistant in London

Job Description

Our client, a leading auto body repair shop, has a full-time position available for an Administrative Assistant in London ON. This position will start as temporary with the opportunity to become permanent. If you looking to work in a team based environment apply with us today!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and respond to all incoming phone calls and emails
Complete weekly payroll
Ordering, receiving and returning parts for shop
Assist with Health & Safety management and monthly meetings
Organize and coordinate car rentals for customers, arranging for pick up and dropping off
Assist with processing warranties
Other general administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative role; preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in an auto shop or dealership
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with warranties would be an asset (not required)
