Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources Team. We are always looking for individuals who welcome the challenges associated with meeting goals and exceeding expectations. The purpose of the role is to assist in the administration of Human Resources processes and advisory services.
Role and Responsibilities
Updating and populating RLB’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Scheduling Interviews & other Internal Meetings
Scheduling Salary Reviews
Helping plan and facilitate both internal and external RLB events
Processing and tracking Professional Development Course applications for all Team Members
Reporting and inputting data into our Time Entry System
Assisting with onboarding new hires and scheduling our orientation program
Student Hour Submissions and Support for CPA Students at the Firm
Administrative support for all Compliance and  Health & Safety programs
Drafting content for the firm-wide newsletter and external RLB blog
Scanning, Photocopying, and Filing (paper and electronic documents)
General Administrative Assistance for the HR Team
Previous Administrative Experience
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, learn quickly, and prioritize
Strong attention to detail and high regard for confidential information
